Here you will find all the mobilizations of the LCS : PSM and tractions.

• The Pasive Simple Mobilizations:

PSM in flexion LCS

PSM in extension LCS

PSM in side bending

To see the misalignement between the axis of the sternum and the axis of the LCS, the nose and the chin. 

PSM in rotation LCS

PSM in retraction and

protraction (the entire cervical

spine involved)

• The tractions:

Traction in the medium

cervical spine C2-C5

Global traction of the LCS C5-D3

(with a belt)

Zygoapophyseal traction of UDS
